Responsible for developing and maintaining the integration processes among the school’s application systems—PowerCAMPUS, PFaids, Moodle (via Remote Learner), TargetX (via TX internal reporter and Informatica), Symplicity/Residence, and Sierra (library).
Responsible for the development, maintenance, and upgrades for external reporting requirements: ScriptSafe transcript reporting, National Student Loan Clearinghouse, IPEDS, NCAA, Hardwick Day.
Primary administrator for the school’s internally developed datamart.
Provide support for the operational department ‘power’ users in developing of reporting systems. Train users in Microsoft Access and Excel. Provide technical support in the structure and access to the school’s application databases.
Maintain documentation and standards for assigned application systems.
Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office, in particular Access, Excel, and Word. Competency in SQL, Evisions Argos, TargetX (Salesforce), Remote Learner (Moodle).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
