Spring 2018 Adjuncts

Women’s Rugby Coach
The Head Women’s Rugby Coach will report to the Director of Athletics. Responsibilities will include all aspects of coaching, student development and recruiting as well as assisting the Director of Athletics in the leadership, vision and supervision of the women’s rugby program. The women’s rugby program will begin varsity competition in the 2018-19 school year, at which time becomes full-time coaching with other duties, as assigned by the Director of Athletics.

Day Shift Housekeeper
Full-time position available immediately for the daytime shift. Duties involve general cleaning of an assigned campus building. You will clean floors, vacuum, sweep, strip wax and buff floors, shampoo carpets, wash windows, walls, etc. Empty trash receptacles and pick up litter; clean, sanitize and stock bathrooms, etc. Applicants must have the ability to lift heavy equipment such as a vacuum cleaner or floor buffer (l5-30 lbs.). Must also be able to understand and follow written instructions, chemical labels and warnings.
Major Gifts Officer
Assume a leadership role in the college's fundraising efforts through aggressive, innovative management of prospects. This is a highly-visible position where energy, diplomacy, sophistication, and an understanding of philanthropy and higher education are key factors to success. It is important to have unique skills in building trust and cultivating relationships with alumni, donors, friends and external constituents in order to generate annual capital and estate gifts for Colby-Sawyer College. Daily interactions with all College constituencies require diplomacy, judgment, and an understanding of the College’s culture and vision.
This position supports and maintains the database security, integrity and performance of multiple systems on campus. Responsible for planning and development of the databases, as well as troubleshooting certain issues on behalf of the users.
