Cottage Lane Duplexes
Off-Campus College Owned/Leased Housing allows for students to have more independence and is a great stepping stone to living outside of the college setting. Students understand the expectations and responsibilities in living in these off-campus college owned properties and agree to behave with independence, maturity and respect for themselves and the greater community. Any student on Housing Contract Probation may be ineligible to select to live in off-campus housing.
Citizenship Education Policies
Colby-Sawyer College (CSC) student community members are expected to read, understand, and abide by the college’s policies, the student conduct process and procedures, as well as their student rights and responsibilities as outlined throughout the Code of Conduct and the Sexual Misconduct Policy and Procedures.
Residential Education Services and Policies
These policies apply to all students who live in housing that falls under the auspices of the Room Lease and Board Contract, including those living in college-owned or leased off-campus properties. In those cases, the words “residence hall” should be assumed to apply to those properties.

- Optional Meal Plans
If interested, Off-Campus Housing students must opt-out of their full meal plan. To do so the student needs to contact Financial Services.
Social Function Registration (for Non-Traditional Housing)
Social functions are only permitted in rooms, apartments or homes where one or more of the residents is twenty-one years of age or older and will be present for the event. Functions must be registered when they exceed the capacity identified for that particular campus owned residential building as described on the Social Function Registration Form (Non-Traditional). Functions must be registered by 7:00 p.m. on the evening of the event, or one hour prior to the start of the event, whichever comes FIRST.
