Cheryl Coolidge

Professor, Natural Sciences
(603) 526-3676 |

Joined the faculty in 2002. Received A.B. from Bowdoin College, M.S. from Northeastern University and Ph.D. from University of Massachusetts Lowell. Teaching interests include biochemistry, analytical chemistry and environmental chemistry. She is a pioneer in using the Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) in college biochemistry courses, and is among a growing trend of professors nationwide to use the method in foundation chemistry classes. Research interests are in analyzing the interaction of organic pollutants with humic substances using spectrofluorometric techniques.

Darrell Kuykendall

Assistant Professor, Natural Sciences
(603) 359-3650 |

Joined faculty in 2013. Received B.S from California State University, Bakersfield and Ph.D. from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Teaching interests include Introductory Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Materials Chemistry and Green Chemistry. Professor Kuykendall's research interests live at the interface of organic and materials chemistry—drawing inspiration from nature, the paradigmatic master of functional, carbon-based materials design.

Harvey Pine

Associate Professor, Environmental Studies
(603) 526-3059 |

Joined faculty in 2008. Ph.D. from Auburn University.
