For the safety of pedestrians and to provide parking for students, guests, faculty and staff, restricted parking regulations will be in place on Friday, May 5 and Saturday, May 6. On Saturday, May 6, safety officers and assistants will be at campus entrances to direct guests to designated parking areas.

All parking lots are open to the public except for the following:

• Quad roadways will be closed to vehicular traffic beginning 12 p.m. on Friday through the completion of the ceremony and reception on Saturday.
• Both Shepard lot (E) and the Loop roadway (A) are closed to overnight parking beginning at midnight on Friday.
• All faculty and staff arriving for activities or work on Friday evening and Saturday are asked to park on Main Street.
• Students on campus for Commencement exercises should park in their assigned lots. There is no overnight or weekend student parking permitted in faculty and staff parking areas as they are being reserved for visitors.

Reserved Parking & Special Access

Shuttle Services

College vans will provide shuttle service from Main Street, Parking Lot K (adjacent to Mercer Field) and other areas.

Restrooms

Facilities are available in the Ware Student Center and in the Dan and Kathleen Hogan Sports Center.

Inclement Weather

Commencement is a rain or shine event. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will remain under the tent on the quad. Please plan accordingly.
