Duties involve general cleaning of all assigned campus areas. You will clean floors, vacuum, sweep, strip, wax and buff floors, extract carpets, wash windows, walls, etc. Empty trash receptacles and pick up litter; clean, sanitize and stock bathrooms, etc. Applicants must have the ability to lift heavy equipment such as a vacuum cleaner or floor buffer (l5-50 lbs.).

A minimum of 1 year as a housekeeper is desired. General knowledge and skills related to routine housekeeping and with commercial/institutional cleaning experience desirable. Must be able to perform heavy custodial work and operate cleaning equipment. Ability to understand and follow written instructions, labels and warnings required, along with the ability to work cooperatively with others. Must have valid New Hampshire driver’s license
