The School of Nursing and Health Sciences at Colby-Sawyer College is seeking an outstanding and highly motivated full-time faculty member to join the growing School beginning in the Fall 2023. We are looking for an innovative, energetic educator to teach in both the newly formed Master of Science in Exercise Science online program and Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science program. Experience teaching in exercise physiology, strength and conditioning, or exercise prescription preferred. Applications for a tenure-track full-time faculty position beginning September, 2023, are now being requested. Application deadline is January 15, 2023.
The position includes teaching, advising, active scholarship, and school/college service responsibilities. All full-time faculty are expected to contribute to the college’s liberal education program.

The School of Nursing and Health Sciences serves students majoring in six undergraduate programs including a Bachelor of Science with a major in Nursing, Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Public Health, Health Science and an accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing. The School has on-line degree completion programs in Registered Nurse to Bachelor of Science (RN-BS), Registered Respiratory Therapist to Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy (RRT- BSRT) and a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies. The School also has three graduate programs: Master of Science in Nursing program with three tracks: Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL), Nursing Education and Nursing Management & Executive Leadership, Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP), and a Master of Science in Exercise Science (pending final approval). In addition, the School offers an Associate in Health Science in partnership with Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health’s Workforce Readiness Institute.
