Tenure Track Assistant Professor of Social Psychology

Colby-Sawyer College is looking for a new colleague to join the School of Business and Social Sciences. We seek an innovative, energetic educator in Social Psychology with a specialization in psychology and the law. The candidate will teach a range of courses from introductory and foundational to upper-level electives. Evidence of excellence in teaching at the college level and a philosophy of education consonant with Colby-Sawyer’s programs and mission are required. All full-time faculty are expected to contribute to the college’s liberal education program. Candidates who can actively contribute to racial, ethnic, or cultural diversity on campus are encouraged to include this information in the letter of interest.

This is a full time, tenure-eligible position. A doctoral degree is preferred; a master’s degree is required.

This position includes teaching, advising, college service responsibilities, and ongoing scholarship. This position begins August 2021.
