The director is responsible for successful strategic enrollment operations for the Enrollment Management division of Colby-Sawyer College. Reports to the Vice President for Admissions and Financial Aid.
As a working field supervisor, this position will serve to ensure a consistently high level of service to the college community through reliable leadership, officer training, and regular reinforcement of departmental philosophy and values. This person will serve in the capacity of the Director in his/her absence. The Assistant Director will work day and evening hours on a regular basis, as well as unscheduled and overnight shifts when necessary.

The Adventures in Learning (AIL) Program Assistant will provide administrative support to the AIL Program Manager ensuring efficient operation of the office and continued access to AIL members. The position is responsible for supporting the Program Manager through a variety of assignments including, but not restricted to, office support, communications and events.
Under the supervision of the Director of Facilities, the Maintenance Tech will perform various functions to maintain the campus buildings. The Maintenance Tech will evaluate, repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC systems in the buildings, as well as respond to work orders of mechanical or maintenance issues throughout campus. This position will also participate in snow removal operations.

You will clean floors, vacuum, sweep, strip, wax and buff floors, extract carpets, wash windows, walls, etc. Empty trash receptacles and pick up litter; clean, sanitize and stock bathrooms, etc. Applicants must have the ability to lift heavy equipment such as a vacuum cleaner or floor buffer (l5-50 lbs.).
