Homecoming Weekend at Colby-Sawyer College looked a little different this year, but that did not stop alumni, parents, friends and students from taking part in our first-ever virtual Stay-at-Homecoming event.
The two-day event included many on-demand activities, such as a virtual tour of campus, alumni award ceremony, word search, trivia, jigsaw puzzles, alumni art gallery, past athletic games, virtual 5k and a Spotify music playlist. Live events included a State of the College Address by President Susan D. Stuebner, several webinars, including Influenza and COVID-19: Mother Nature’s Weapons of Mass Disease; Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Task Force Town Hall; The 2020 Election – Searching for a Precedent; and Viewing the Legal System through a Liberal Education Lens, paint and sip, escape room, athletic meet and greet, student life panel, Wacky Bingo and Saturday night dance party.
Thanks to everyone who participated in our events and who took part in our social media spirit week. We had great engagement on both Facebook and Instagram and thoroughly enjoyed all of the pictures you shared with us during the event.
