Changes to the Academic Calendar and Policies

  • Summer and Fall registration are postponed until April 13. Students will have the opportunity to connect with their academic advisors online to discuss their course choices. Advisors will be in touch with students with more information.
  • The deadline to withdraw from courses has been extended until April 13. Students should confer with their advisors about this option.
  • Colby-Sawyer is relaxing the pass/no credit policy for spring semester so that students have the option to choose the pass/no credit option, OR letter grades for their courses, EXCEPT for those courses for which a minimum letter grade is required. Students should check the college catalog for a list of those courses by major and confer with their advisor before making this choice. Students can indicate their preference to be graded on a pass/no credit basis by filling out the Academic Permission form located on the MyRegistrar site by April 28.
