Get in the Act

Theater coursework focuses on acting and technical theater, including stagecraft and theatrical design with an emphasis on set construction and lighting. Gain firsthand experience in productions in the John and Heidi Niblack Black Box Theater, which allows for flexible staging, alternate lighting configurations and greater intimacy between audience and performers.

Music courses, the Colby-Sawyer College Singers student/community choral ensemble course, and one-on-one applied music lessons provide a range of opportunities for learning and growth in music and performance. Credit is given for the study of voice, guitar, piano, violin, fiddle or other instruments, subject to approval by the school based on available instructor expertise.
