Alexis Speck Glennon joined the faculty in 2023, after three years as an assistant professor at Union Institute and University, five years as an assistant professor at Keuka College and many years of clinical social work practice. She holds a B.A. in journalism from St. John Fisher College, a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Arizona State University, and a Doctor of Social Work (DSW) degree from the University at Buffalo. She has a private practice specializing in treating trauma through somatic approaches and increasing digital literacy skills in the ever-changing digital landscape. Her research and training programs focus on empowering social workers and mental health practitioners through improving digital literacy skills and digital literacy assessment of clients.
