Commencement will be professionally photographed and the images available here to download at no charge approximately two weeks later.
We do not guarantee every graduate will appear in the portfolio.
For the safety of pedestrians and to provide parking for students, guests, faculty and staff, restricted parking regulations will be in place Friday, May 10, and Saturday, May 11.
On Friday, May 10 guests attending the Scholars and Leaders Ceremony and/or the Nursing Pinning Ceremony in the Sawyer Center who require accessible parking, will be afforded access to nearby parking by event staff. Please use the Seamans Road gate entrance adjacent to the Sawyer Center. General admittance parking will be available for guests in Lot E (adjacent to Colgate Hall).
On Saturday, May 11, campus safety officers and assistants will be at campus entrances to direct guests to designated parking areas for Commencement.
All parking lots are open to the public except for the following:
Reserved parking and access are available for guests with mobility and other needs requiring assistance. Please contact Ruth Clark at 603-526-3610 or firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements in advance.
College vans will provide shuttle service from Main Street, Parking Lot K (adjacent to Mercer Field) and other areas.
Facilities are available in the Ware Student Center, Colgate Hall, Sawyer Center and in the Dan and Kathleen Hogan Sports Center. The residence halls’ exterior doors will be unlocked from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Commencement is a rain or shine event. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will remain under the tent on the Quad. Please plan accordingly.
